Prof Garcia's Comments

[edit]

A nice start, Damian! You look like you're off to a great start. What you have to do, however, is to go to the actual page on work behavior and then put in all your information into the talk page of that article. As of right now, you posted it on your own personal user talk page. In the future, make sure you put FULL citations for all of the things you are looking for (not just their links). But best of luck moving forward! You seem to be off to a great start. Alfgarciamora (talk) 13:05, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Week 6: I think that you have to do a lot more leg work to build up your article, Damian. I was expecting you to read your sources, add content to your sandbox, etc. Also, you missed the training module for sandboxes and mainspace. Is everything okay? Week 6- I did read the sources, but I'm still left wondering what I could of done to make it better.I'm not sure what else am I missing or I could of added? Any Suggestions? I must of not read the part that in the email that I didn't to do the module training. That's my fault. AlfgarciamoraDmart399 (talk) 15:02, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Dmart399: I will show you some excellent examples from other students in today's class, but for now take a look at David Alonso's sandbox page to see more of what I was looking for. Alfgarciamora (talk) 16:24, 12 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hi professor, I made some changes to the Wikipedia sandbox. Let me know what you think. AlfgarciamoraDmart399 (talk) 23:54, 17 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Dmart399: Hey Damian! I chose your article for peer review. Even thought it'll be real easy to find information about work behavior when it comes to the negative stuff, try to also focus on the positive work behavior. Not sure if i may be mixing this with work etiquette but talk about teamwork behavior or maybe also how management/leadership behaviors come handy. Just a thought. Jmabo093 (talk) 19:31, 18 October 2016 (UTC) talk Thank you for your input. It was helpful since I have been trying to come up with some positive prospective to add to this subject.Dmart399 (talk) 19:42, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Dmart399: Well done moving your stuff to the mainspace, Damian! From here moving forward, you have to fix your citations and make sure they link up correctly. What is more, you have to post more sociologically-relevant content. There is a lot of work on this topic, so I know you will be able to find it. Draft Review

[edit]

Hello!I believe this a weak draft because it is a lot of work looking for the right information on your list of resources and the work is only going to accumulate as the time goes on in this course. Make sure to have the proper citations and keep a neutral tone. You're not trying to convince anyone just giving out information. Some other tips I can give you is too look at sources within your sources to help with some more information and as for the formatting, I really didnt focus on that too much right now. I was mainly focused on gathering my ideas and trying to answer what I had already planned last week. Unfortunately I had a rough time trying to get some of my information together, but after a nice 4 hours I managed to pull through. Let me know if you need anything, i've been working pretty hard to maintain a good grade in the class. START YOUR DRAFT ASAP! @Dmart399: — Preceding unsigned comment added by C mena15 (talkcontribs) 23:37, 18 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
