[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Disney Animated Universe. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Please stop. If you continue removing Articles for deletion notices or comments from articles and Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Disney Animated Universe, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. JEdgarFreeman (talk) 09:53, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Uh, what part of "Do not remove the article-for-deletion notice" do you not understand? - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 17:13, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I think the part he might not understand is the part where we can- and will- actually block him the next time he does it. Or possibly he doesn't understand that removing the tag does not in any way affect the progress of the discussion. Either way, any admin who notices the tag removed again should go ahead and block him; I will certainly do so if I see it. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 18:17, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I understand all of these but honestly, get a life, get a girlfriend, whatever! And you can't block me for saying that because it's my user talk.By the way, the worst way to get some one to stop doing something is to outright tell them no. I have raised two kids and that is how I know this. I also know that people abuse power. Again, how do I know this? I own a newspaper. I figured out long ago from a very talented employee that I was abusing my power. I've gotten better about it but that doesn't mean it's completely hunky dorey for me. Besides, I bet half of you are either smartass kids or 40 year old nerds who live with their mother. I've been happily married for 18 years. I have a big house and sucessful life. So shut up.-Disneyvillainman (talk) 21:54, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of Villainized

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Villainized requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. My Page

[edit]

Don't edit my dang user page. It's mine, edit you own!-Disneyvillainman (talk) 14:43, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You may not use "fair use" images on your user page. The reasons are long and tiresome, but it's sufficient to say that it's illegal - a violation of copyright law. And no, your userpage doesn't belong to you, it belongs to the encyclopedia. Please do not put those images back. Acroterion (talk) 23:57, 2 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Img8-1-.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
