Sources
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Bud Luckey, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 19:29, 21 July 2011 (UTC)
Vincent Price
[edit]Hi this is DisneyChicago99, I know that Vincent Price was the master of horor. So please can you block Vincent Price or Semi-Protect him. Thanks, DisneyChicago99 — Preceding unsigned comment added by DisneyChicago99 (talk • contribs) 18:22, 21 July 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message. We usually would put a protection on a page if it has been subject to a deal of vandalism or mal-edits. Vincent Price doesn't seem to have had those of late, just good faith editors trying to contribute as best they can. Don't you think? I'm not an admin, but if you ever want to request a page protection post it on WP:RFPP. They'll get on the case asap. Best wishes Span (talk) 20:27, 21 July 2011 (UTC)
- Spanglej did you ever saw the artical of George Lucas?, if so I saw his recent history and there were some VANDALISM sightings, do you think George Lucas needs a blocked. I mean he is kinda like spielberg and look his blocked, but not Lucas!. [PLEASE WRITE BACK] Thanks, DisneyChicago99 P.S. Please help me block Lucas! — Preceding unsigned comment added by DisneyChicago99 (talk • contribs) 00:05, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
- George Lucas has received little vandalism of late. No need to protect the page. See WP:PP Span (talk) 07:32, 22 July 2011 (UTC)
- Please see that if you do not stop editing in a disruptive way it will result in a block. Span (talk) 06:42, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
Infobox person fields
[edit]Hi there. I reverted / removed a couple of your changes (E.g., this) as they were in contravention of the guidelines for this infobox, as stated here. As you can see, things like height state "If person was notable for their height, or if height is relevant." - and as such should not be included without reason. I suggest you take a quick look at these requirements before continuing as it appears you are making some valuable contributions! Happy editing =) Nikthestoned 16:22, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
Infobox
[edit]Hi, thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please note that WP:BLP and WP:EGRS state that religion should only be noted in articles if it is relevant to the subjects public life. With Bill Nighy or Christopher Lee this is not the case. In fact, in most cases it is not required. Where it is suitable, religion must be sourced. Neither the Bill Nighy nor Christopher Lee articles provide sources for their religious practice. Please also note that "United States" is not a nationality. If nationality is written in the lead it is not necessary in the infobox. Thank you Span (talk) 21:32, 27 July 2011 (UTC)
- I'd like to reiterate what Span has written above. Please do not add religion to articles unless 1) the information is supported by sourced article content and 2) it is relevant to the individual's notability. To continue to insert such information is a BLP policy violation. If you have questions regarding the policies than please ask, but do not continue to add the inappropriate content to articles. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 17:40, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Ben Affleck. Religious status and infobox details must be sourced. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.Span (talk) 04:01, 1 August 2011 (UTC)
Do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to to Amy Adams, Michael Gambon and Sidney Poitier. Religious status needs sourcing - not just their childhood or family's beliefs. 'Natural causes' is not specific enough to enter as a cause of death. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and WP:EGRS. Continued editing editing in this way may result in a block. Please feel free to ask any questions on my talk page. Thank you.Span (talk) 23:02, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Please do not add unsourced content, as you did to Michael Gambon. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. MarnetteD | Talk 00:55, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Michael Gambon, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. MarnetteD | Talk 22:24, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Please stop
[edit]Per WP:FLAG we do not put flags in the infoboxes of biography articles. This along with your other problematic edits is causing disruption across numerous articles. You may wish to apply for WP:MENTORship before editing further. You have ignored numerous messages on this page and on the pages of the various IPs that you have edited from earlier this year. Please be aware that the continuation of your editing behavior can result in blocking. MarnetteD | Talk 22:32, 3 August 2011 (UTC)

Please do not add unsourced content, as you did to Donald Pleasence. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. MarnetteD | Talk 20:24, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
