The article George Geritsidis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- per WP:SINGLEEVENT, plus not individually notable, he was one of many victims of the suppression of the Polytechnic uprising.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Constantine ✍ 17:50, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

George Geritsidis article
[edit]If George Geritsidis gets deleted at AfD, ask the admin who closes the AfD discussion to userify the page to User:Dimzam10/Death of George Geritsidis and develop a draft from there. Let me know and I'll help you spruce up the draft and make it ready to be moved from user space into article space. -- Uzma Gamal (talk) 12:04, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
