Please don't. At Wikipedia, we Highly Discorage paid editing. If you would like someone else to consider if it meets out notability criteria, go to WP:RA. If you want to go ahead and create it yourself, I recommend using WP:AFC, where you can get feedback on your article submission before it is published.
