Hi, I've cleaned up again with my user page. Greetings! --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 19:34, 26 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any connection to a radio station you want to write about?

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Diegopeter2013. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);

Not sure

[edit]

@Quisqualis: Not sure if a radio and TV stations would not connect to a subject–maybe people are biographies for living persons (WP:BLP) were connected to the subject because these articles have been written–or–articles about TV and radio stations have topics to this notability or not? Check this out on WP:BLP, WP:TV, and WP:RADIO, and WP:GNG. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 13:42, 28 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And, creating and editing articles are those histories of the U.S. radio stations over the 20th century, written to Thomas H. White under the years. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 14:23, 28 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
In addition, articles of notability were clearly about association, club, college/school or university, friends, people, organization, etc., they are also significant to their subject or anything about notability within sources, using WP:CSD A7 or WP:PROD. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 14:23, 28 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of airports by ICAO code: S, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Córdoba Province. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:14, 2 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@DPL bot: Thank you for your message of disambiguation links (dab). I noticed we updated the list of airports by ICAO code: S, as sections of SA - Argentina and SB, SD, SI, SJ, SN, SS, SW - Brazil. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 12:53, 2 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Created redirects

[edit]

I've created redirects YBWW, ZTBL, K40ID, VYYY and KWDG, because YBWW, ZTBL, K40ID, VYYY and KWDG has not created redirects since July 2021, except these autoconfirmed users. Now, I redirected pages, as YBWW to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, ZTBL to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, K40ID to KTBN-TV, VYYY to Yangon International Airport, and KWDG to Enid Woodring Regional Airport. And others, please make sure to create redirects after Diegopeter2013 must be blue links, also from-and-to any page. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 22:32, 4 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Independence Day has ended

[edit]

The Independence Day has ended on July 4, 2021, and coming back on July 4, 2022. Others, please make sure to leave a comment here to this blue button "Click to create a new comment" here in the header of a talk page. Thanks. Happy day at Wikipedia! Before coming back to the Independence Day until July 4, 2022. See WP:USA for details. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 16:55, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for my review for YBWW, @Rosguill

[edit]

@Rosguill: Thank you for your contributions. I have clearly created this new redirect "YBWW", an ICAO code for Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport, and also an IATA code for "WTB". Added the {{R from airport code}} redirect category tag, and this is the airport in Toowoomba, Queensland, over Brisbane, Australia. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 16:17, 8 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

July 2021: Date formats generated by citation templates

[edit]

Citation templates generate a date format of D/M/Y, which is the format encountered almost anywhere on Earth other than the US. This should have nothing to do with the language variety in which an article is written. If the template is, in your estimation, automatically generating thousands of incorrect date formats per day, then this should be discussed on the talk page of the citation template; there are many millions of "wrong" date formats currently on the English Wikipedia in need of correcting. Which is more likely to be the case? Think about it and get back to me.--Quisqualis (talk) 18:38, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Quisqualis: I better sure if I changed from a DMY date 4 July 1776 to a MDY date July 4, 1776, so it is possibly appropriate to this citation, article found on WETU-LD, in cite section 1, after I undid 2 edits to change their date format in the edit history, as American English in the USA. Thanks. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 18:42, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Previous link to this diff here: https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=WETU-LD&diff=prev&oldid=1032959304 --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 18:43, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
As I have stated above, the American English variety does not pertain to dates in citations. There's no need, nor really any reason, to have date formats in refs align with a variety of English. Nobody bothers with this, and if they did, there are millions of edits to be made by "someone" to fix this "problem"--Quisqualis (talk) 19:01, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Articles should be ever used as a MDY date before it should let it certainly change a MM/DD/YYYY or a DD/MM/YYYY format will therefore all countries could I have: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Africa, Asia and South America, are appropriate when seeing it. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 19:14, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

My recent edits to Eric Adams (musician)

[edit]

Hi. We just edited this article about a Musician, Eric Adams, an American musician person in the USA. This is the comment because American Wikipedia articles for DMY date formats could not be used because it requires MDY date formats. Probably edited the infobox and removed the "df=y" parameter, and now the "p=y" parameter has changed. Please note: Canada, United States and Philippines must be MDY dates. Only Europe, Asia, Africa and South America must only be in DMY dates can be applied by. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 19:35, 10 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Bare URLs

[edit]

Greetings, Diegopeter2013. You added a flag to the article Minneapolis. Not a single reference is a bare URL. What are you talking about? The visitors section where there are external (not bare) URLs? Thank you. -SusanLesch (talk) 23:21, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I think looks like some bare URLs need to clean up because dead links are found on the 404 page may lead to a link rot. Convert them to full citations, just anyway, except web.archive.org and a plain HTTP. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 23:30, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This article of these sections is Minneapolis#References and Minneapolis#External links. Minneapolis, Minnesota, a largest city in the USA. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 23:45, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
See WP:LINKROT and WP:404. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 23:48, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
All right. Just to be clear, the article does not have any bare URLs so I will remove the flag. I will post your request regarding link rot to the talk page. Thank you. -SusanLesch (talk) 15:29, 12 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
 Done Happy editing. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 15:32, 12 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Updated userpage (again)

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Today is July 15th, 2021, and I updated this userpage and also Commons's user page. Thank you. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 16:19, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of airports by ICAO code: E, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hohenfels.

(Opt-out instructions.) --DPL bot (talk) 05:55, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@DPL bot: Thank you. Just found List of airports by ICAO code: M, also added a pointed link of Samaná to this disambiguation. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 11:52, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to The Wikipedia Adventure!

Hi Diegopeter2013! We're so happy you wanted to play to learn, as a friendly and fun way to get into our community and mission. I think these links might be helpful to you as you get started.

-- 15:53, Monday, July 19, 2021 (UTC)

Alright. Then now, we just updated the section FA - South Africa because FAOR has an ICAO code when they have its IATA code "JNB". JNB redirects to Johannesburg Airport (or O.R. Tambo International Airport). And now, at the last time I updated ZU (Southwest China: Chongqing, Guizhou, Sichuan, Tibet) and ZP (Yunnan), but first, ZUBJ - Bijie Feixiong Airport and ZUBJ - Bazhong Enyang Airport are duplicated due to a lack of mistakes; Bazhong Enyang Airport's ICAO code ZUBJ now renames to ZUBZ. Last, ZPBS - Baoshan Yunduan Airport renames to Baoshan Yunrui Airport. This is what its shown to this section that is updated since today. Greetings, --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 02:33, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Plus, I will talk us to @Rodw and @Johnj1995 soon. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 02:34, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Mvcg66b3r: Thank you. My recent edit from KMBH-LD, is a low-powered television station, and it is not a Class A low-power television station. It is the translator of KFXV-TV. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 16:58, 24 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Updated

[edit]

Updated this user and talk pages and cleaned up now. Best regards --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 15:10, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Re: some changes over here ([4], [5], [6] and [7]), I edited an article and has contributed to our encyclopedia, 2 days and now, updated links and replacing to HTTPS (what I just converted), updated wikitable and removed non-existent articles following marking red-links (see WP:WTAF), missed a blue link of Marion Greene and replaced a redirect link linked from "Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington Metropolitan Statistical Area" to "Minneapolis-St. Paul|Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington Metropolitan Statistical Area". Regards for this contributions to my edits, just ask. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 15:36, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'll ping this {{tb}} (talkback) template to @SusanLesch now. --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 15:41, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Diegopeter2013. Please don't ping me to tell me what you are doing. We each have our own projects to work on Wikipedia, and I don't have time to do mine, plus appreciate what you do. I am short of time. Thank you and good luck. -SusanLesch (talk) 17:18, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@SusanLesch: I'm just trying to do some self-edited articles like we did to those diffs from Hennepin County, Minnesota, a county seat and the city of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Regards --Diegopeter2013 (talk) 17:50, 29 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
