Final warning

[edit]

Hey, no disrespect at all... but can I inquire about this warning? I had already reverted and warned the user; it was the first and only contribution in 3 days, it wasn't that egregious, and this is an IP address and probably a different user every day, meaning that WP:BITE is in play. Software for showing how to tie knots

[edit]

Dfred, I enjoyed the entry “Buntline hitch” and especially the simple but effective diagrams on page 2, showing how to tie the hitch. Were these done in Microsoft Word? If so, how? I would like to make a diagram of a method of tying the Bowline knot that my father showed me years ago. Thank you. PS. This is my first post on Wikipedia so I am hot sure I am doing this correctly. Merge of constrictor article at wikibooks

[edit]

Hey, I recently made this article and I was hoping wether the constrictor article at wikibooks may be merged into it (the slipped constrictor knot can be included). This, as the constrictor knot article at wikibooks is knot really useful anyhow (info is already at wikipedia). I'm hoping the piece of the article that is instresting may be introduced and that the rest of the article may just be discarded.

thanks in advance, KVDP (talk) 13:00, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
