I have also heard of Takenouchi, but even if she is a Big Name Fan and a publisher, we can't have an article on her until she's considered to be notable and has multiple reliable sources saying how and why she's important to yaoi. Even if I were to contact Yaoi Press, the article could not be saved - we need more than one reliable source for Takenouchi to be considered notable. As the reliability of the Publisher's Weekly blog has been called into question, that leaves no sources on the page that are considered reliable. I would rather not bother Yaoi Press when I'm pretty sure there isn't much hope other sources could be found for the article - I've looked! In order to protect Kira Takenouchi as a living person, Wikipedia prefers a barebones well-sourced article or no article at all when compared to an article filled with poorly sourced contentious material. Because Wikipedia is read often and is fairly popular, stuff we write about people can affect their lives and the lives of their families, colleagues, and friends. We are usually stricter with biographies of living people than anything else on Wikipedia - please read the biographies of living persons policy for more information. Fair enough not wanting to participate in the deletion discussion. I hope you find something else you'd like to write about on Wikipedia. --Malkinann (talk) 00:35, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
