I think I want to find more recent facts and maybe try to see if there are any laws and possible jail time for violence against people with disabilities. --Dessiahc97 (talk) 03:11, 27 February 2019 (UTC)Dessiah Conway.[reply]

Article Chosen: Violence Against People with disabilities

Is the Article's Content relevant to the topic? Yes, all of the content written is about how violently people with disabilities are treated. This is actually an interesting article and brings more attention to this problem.

Is the article written neutrally? Most of the article is written neutrally. The information written is either unbiased statements or facts. However, the sentence that could be considered an opinion or biased is " they provide the strongest available evidence."

Does each claim have a citation? No, there seems to be a lot of information and facts in this article and I only see one citation. This article could be in danger of plagiarism if put on Wiki, recommend going through and giving credit as well as adding more sources and more support to the article.

Are the citations reliable? The one citation seems to be reliable and the hyperlink works.

Reference/Citation: Reference works and appears to be reliable. One source is not very strong to back your work, recommend adding one to two more sources.

The first citation is a direct quote from your source so it needs to be put in your own words or quoted. "Both children and adults with disabilities are at much higher risk of violence than their non-disabled peers, according to two systematic reviews recently published in the Lancet."

This is a good start to your Wiki article. I think what you have is well written but may need to be backed up a little more. This article lacks length and some sources to make it credible. Cbenyola (talk) 04:11, 20 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
