I like the content and the lay out of your wiki page. The introduction is captivating and you use the links for words that are uncertain to the reader.
The sections are brief and a lot of bullet points. Looks like the plan for a final project, oooh. But your bullet points can lead to some good content.

If possible, add some color to the page by adding images.

I think the way you laid out your Wiki was super easy to read and I really liked what you included for the research direction.
In the Prevention/Treatment section, I feel that the every day reader might be confused as to the medication classes, so finding a way to condense/explain that could be helpful!
Adding some Wiki Images could help add some character to the page and explain a major part of the disease (glomeruli) in relation to where they are found in the kidneys.
I love your epidemiology facts, they are super interesting! Potentially adding sub-headings or bullets to this might make the data easier to comprehend.
