note about common names
[edit]Hi Desensi ashley, just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia articles have their own conventions for the common names of organisms. All organisms' common names are lowercased, unless the word is a proper noun. Thanks, Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:34, 18 September 2019 (UTC)

DYK for Euryoryzomys russatus
[edit]On 29 October 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Euryoryzomys russatus, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that populations of the russet rice rat have been shown to have a monogamous mating system? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Euryoryzomys russatus. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Euryoryzomys russatus), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
