Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Polly o.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 19:58, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Freshpet foundation

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Freshpet foundation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TNX-Man 16:08, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Freshpet Foundation

[edit]

It can be tough to get an article started. The best advice I can give you consists mainly of a lot of reading. Understanding the guidelines to what is and is not notable is the first step to getting an article to "stick", as it were. WP:CORP outlines the notability guidelines for businesses. If a business isn't notable, it very rarely remains on Wikipedia. WP:ADVERTISING demonstrates what is and is not advertising. Blatant advertising gets removed pretty quickly, so be sure to avoid it. WP:COI(conflict of interest) may or may not apply to you, but it may be helpful to read. If you have any questions, be sure to let me know. Cheers! TNX-Man 18:57, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
