Unless a webesite specifically says that it releases its information to public domain (or is a US government or state of California official website), it must be assumed that the information is copyrighted, even if there is nothing on the site that says so. If you can get a reelase from the site, with something to prove that the person releasing it has the right to do so, then we can accept the information, so long as they specifically release it under the GFDL license, with the undestanding that the information will be edited, and will be widespred across the Internet for both commercial and non-commercial use.
