Vandalism on Wikipedia

[edit]

I've deleted the article but I need to warn you that vandalizing Wikipedia is never considered to be acceptable, especially not as part of a class assignment and that's ultimately what this was - you vandalizing Wikipedia. Editors don't need to be stone cold serious all the time, but articles should not be created as a satirical joke. That's about the same thing as spray painting the school library under the justification that it's part of an art assignment. It's not appropriate there and it's not appropriate here either.

If you make another article along these lines you run a very serious risk of getting blocked from editing, likely permanently. You can contribute to other articles or on Wikipedia in general, but all article submissions must be done with a serious intent and should not be done as a form of satire. If you absolutely must have this article up somewhere, I would like to recommend that you look into sites like Wikia, as they do not have as many stringent requirements and the layout is relatively similar.
