If you think an entire section (like prognosis in RCC article) is in need of sources use template:Unreferenced section at the top of the section (look at the bottom of the link I provided above). The template:fact is usually used for a single fact missing a source, and is placed at the end of the statement needing a reference. If you have other questions dont hesitate to ask. Hi. You asked some questions more than a year ago on Talk:Renal cell carcinoma. Do you still want answers? There are so many medical articles compared to editors, that most of the medical articles are not watched.
