Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as SAKHR Software Company (صخر), but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to be a copy from http://international.sakhr.com/arabic-OCR-optical-character-recognition.html http://www.sakhr.com/products/OCR/Default.aspx?sec=Product&item=OCR http://international.sakhr.com/arabic-speech-recognition-and-arabic-TTS.html, and therefore a copyright violation. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with our copyright policy. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators are liable to be blocked from editing.

If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under license allowed by Wikipedia, then you should do one of the following:

It may also be necessary for the text be modified to have an encyclopedic tone and to follow Wikipedia article layout. For more information on Wikipedia's policies, see Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

If you would like to begin working on a new version of the article you may do so at this temporary page. Leave a note at Talk:SAKHR Software Company (صخر) saying you have done so and an administrator will move the new article into place once the issue is resolved. Thank you, and please feel welcome to continue contributing to Wikipedia. Happy editing! Moonriddengirl (talk) 20:28, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your note at my talk page, as I said at the article's talk page, once the copyright concerns are addressed, the article will be listed for review by uninvolved contributors to make sure that the content of their website meets our policies. Frequently they do not. Most content on Wikipedia should be based on neutral, reliable sources that are not affiliated with their subjects. Since you indicate at Commons that you are working for this company, I should advise you that paid editing can lead to problems on Wikipedia. Please review Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. You'll need to make sure that your contributions fall well within that guideline. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 21:08, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It can take up to a week, but you will probably have heard from them by the time I write this, since I see that an "OTRS incomplete" tag has been added to the page. That means more information needs to be supplied to confirm the release. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:54, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Sakhr MSX computers.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Sakhr MSX computers.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:05, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Conflict of interest

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article SAKHR Software Company, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 21:27, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your signature,

[edit]

Per policy, it must either link to your user page or user talk page. Just text doesn't work here. I expect you to change it.— dαlus Contribs 08:27, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I am new here. How do I do that? (Got it. thanks) User:Debolina Sengupta

I see that from your recent contribs, you haven't figured out how to do it. You sign and date your comment by typing four ~s, such as ~~~~. You can check out WP:SIG for a more detailed explanation, but you link your signature by unchecking the checkbox in preferences, on the first tab, that says 'treat signature as raw wikitext'. This should turn your signature into a link. Comments need to have dates, as archival bots use those dates to determine when to archive a thread.— dαlus Contribs 03:33, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
