i should know you .. who are you? i'm at whitgift too + play violin & piano. if you want to contact me go to cpbrown dot deviantart dot com to find out more or email me at cpbrown at gmail dot com
just interested to know who maintains my shcool's wikipage
Should you know me? I'm just a person, who happens to both go to Whitgift and have an online presence. Forgive me for Googling you. Regarding the wikipage (as you put it), I don't maintain it, per se, but rather keep an eye on it and remove blatant vandalism. Cheerio! —Daniel(‽)22:40, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
It's not that i should know you - it's just that i'm curious as to who you are, seeing as i probably walk past you every so often at school. and don't worry about googling me - i think cpbrown calls up a few hits - deviantart, digg, slashdot, googlepages, i think a few programs i helped in the development of. i may leave a message somewhere @ whit - i'm curious.
Yes, that was about it. If you feel the need to put up a message somewhere, thus combining the worlds of the internet and reality (I'm feeling deep) let me know, so I know to look at it. —Daniel(‽)17:35, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

No Position what so ever desired above the standard user?
Hello again, I wanted to know if didn't want to have any kind of position on Wikipedia what so ever above the normal user. I've read that you don't want to become a sysop, but there are other titles on Wikipedia, such as Bureaucrats, Oversights, Checkusers, and other positions that are above the standard users like administrators, but they are not refered to on Wikipedia as administrators. I think with your IQ, you could persure these positions, but if you meant by not wanting to be an administrator, you don't want to be anything above the access of the normal signed in user, I understand. You still help Wikipedia become better, and that's why we're all here for.
I don't have the time or the energy to do something on Wikipedia that requires responsibility. Doing something like that is a comitment which I could not keep, and it would not be fair to make it. Daniel(‽)20:01, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

Special note to spamlist users: Apologies for the formatting issues in previous issues. This only recently became a problem due to a change in HTML Tidy; however, I am to blame on this issue. Sorry, and all messages from this one forward should be fine (I hope!) -Ral315

Small cleanup icon
I noticed your comments over on Why tags are evil from some time ago. I thought you might be interested in a new, unobtrusive clean-up icon created by User:Notmyhandle, which I think would be another good step in the same spirit as that taken by the small sp icon that has become so prominent, such as on White House. You can take a look at the new, smaller, cleanup icon here, and if you like what you see, please leave a comment here. I think that tags, though they serve some purpose, have really become visual pollution, and we need more of these smaller icons. Cheers. Unschool07:35, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

Incubator
Hi! I am SPQRobin, from the Incubator. I want to ask you if you would make me a bureacrat, for two reasons:
It is the policy: "any administrator will become a bureaucrat after one month"
that would be easier for me because I am the most active. Then I don't have to wait until a bureacrat is online to make a user into a test admin.

Apologies for the late delivery this week; my plans to handle this while on vacation went awry. Ral315
