[edit]Hello, I'm John from Idegon. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added to Muncie, Indiana have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. - Hey, Dave. On looking further at what you've added, I doubt you are a spammer or trying to use Wikipedia to promote anything. My guess is you are an enthusiastic glass collector looking to share his knowledge. Here's the thing: we require external links to meet our guidelines for reliable sources. Hobbyist websites seldom do (the link explains why). Also, an external link should add to a reader's understanding of the subject of the article and should expand on existing copy when perhaps more than would be appropriate to include in the article exists (in reliable sources). Don't leave, please...just try to use your knowledge to lead you to reliable sources and add some copy to existing articles! Think academic or journalistic works. I'd strongly suggest you read WP:5P. That's our core policies. And I'll leave you a link to our q&a forum for new users. Happy editing. John from Idegon (talk) 14:48, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
