Earl of Sutton Coldfield / Mr Hall of England
Would you mind taking a look at 86.147.210.198 (talk · contribs) as probable block evasion by User:Earl of Sutton Coldfield ? My feeling is that most of the IP editors under the page history of "List of hereditary peers removed under the House of Lords Act 1999" also fit the pattern. Technical news
- Global blocks may now target accounts as well as IP's. Administrators may locally unblock when appropriate.
- Users wishing to permanently leave may now request "vanishing" via Special:GlobalVanishRequest. Processed requests will result in the user being renamed, their recovery email being removed, and their account being globally locked.
Arbitration
- The Arbitration Committee appointed the following administrators to the conflict of interest volunteer response team: Bilby, Extraordinary Writ
