If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Majorly (o rly?) 22:13, 21 February 2007 (UTC) - - I am not removing material. I am editing the article. The current version is false. It was vandalised by Ultra Turkic Nationalists. The article now is full of POV propoganda. I will continue to edit the article until the correct changes are made. The Safavids were a predominatly Persian dynasty and this must be included in the article. - :Please use an edit summary if you are dramatically updating the article.[reply]

Warning

- Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Majorly (o rly?) 23:20, 21 February 2007 (UTC) - - - This topic has been argued for two years now by myself and many other Iranian members. We have provided support and evidence from non biased WESTERN educational facilities that the Safavids were indeed Persian but the turkish nationalists have continually vandalised and deleted large parts of the article without discussing it first. The article was accurate a few months ago but all of a sudden I see that it has been vandalised again. You need to tell "Atabak" about the 3 revert rule because he is the one who is posting propoganda and lies. Everytime I change something I let everyone know about it first on the discussion page. Thank You Dariush4444 23:29, 21 February 2007 (UTC) -[reply]

- You have been temporarily blocked for violation of the three-revert rule. Please feel free to return after the block expires, but also please make an effort to discuss your changes further in the future.

- - Please don't erase warnings on your talk page. NawlinWiki 17:59, 11 March 2007 (UTC) - - == calm down == - - agha jan calm down , you need to take more constructive approach to some articles.. if you need help I will be glad to discuss some wiki rules and how things work via e-mail or in the talk page. --alidoostzadeh 21:11, 11 March 2007 (UTC) - - Hi Ali, I am just frustrated about the Safavid article. These Turkic nationalists keep removing any mention of "Persian" from the article. I have been editing that article for two years and I always provide evidence and support for my edits....then some one comes along and completly erases everything I wrote! Where are the moderators...why do they allow people to post their own personal opinions instead of facts. It is just annoying. Thanks for the offer but I dont need any help. I have read wiki's rules many times and it is the people who keep vandalising the Safavid article that are breaking themDariush4444 21:55, 11 March 2007 (UTC) - - ::Dariush444 we are trying to reach compromise in the end with the best sources..all the information that is scholarly (not from psuedo-scholars ) will be revealed. Actually I want to talk to you about something so please send me an e-mail. With the way you are going I am afraid you might get banned in wikipedia where-as I think it is possible to use your wiki account more constructively. If you want to make edits, you should use talkpage first or else your edits might not last long anyway. Best way to proceed is really to bring scholarly sources. --alidoostzadeh 23:00, 11 March 2007 (UTC) -[reply]

- I also get frustrated about people that keep changing things about Iran Iran the Honorable Kermanshahi 18:33, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

- The Honorable Kermanshahi is right; as always is, with all the respect to his great wisdom. - That is why you should listen to him, and top doing anything at all, which he dislikes. - IranRhobinji, loyal servant of the Great and Mostly Honarable Kermanshahi! 20:26, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AZERBAIJANI PEOPLE ARE RACIALLY IRANIAN. THEY ARE NOT TURKS. THE "Azari" LANGUAGE IS 50% Persian WORDS!!! THEY CELEBRATE ALL OF THE ANCIENT PERSIAN HOLIDAYS..THEIR CULTURE IS 100% PERSIAN, (FOOD, MUSIC, ARCHITECTURE, ETC..) EVEN THEIR NAMES ARE PERSIAN...AZARBAIJAN MEANS, "LAND OF FIRE" IT REFERRS TO THE ANCIENT PERSIAN PROPHET...ZOROASTER.

AZARBAIJAN WAS CREATED BY THE IRANIANS. AZARBAIJAN HAS FOR MOST OF IT'S HISTORY JUST BEEN ANOTHER PROVANCE OF PERSIA.

IRAN WILL INVADE AND TAKE BACK THAT LAND!!

EVEN ARMENIA KICKED YOUR ASSES...THE FAKE REPUBLIC OF AZARBAIJAN SUCKS ARMENIAN AND KURDISH COCKS!! EVERYONE HATES YOU!!

You can still find many copies (spam) of the above message he/she has posted on Azerbaijani / Iranian-Azerbaijani clips on youtube. This would probably explain his pro-persian anti-azeri POV he writes with on Wikipedia. --- Farzinf 04:27, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
