https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/answer-sheet/wp/2017/01/18/six-astonishing-things-betsy-devos-said-and-refused-to-say-at-her-confirmation-hearing/ This article was published by The Washington Post, which has been considered a reliable source based off of reputation. Also, the neutrality of the article is found throughout. The writer used factual evidence of the actual event in which Besty DeVos did and did not say in her conformation hearing.

http://occupydemocrats.com/2017/01/17/cbo-trumps-obamacare-repeal-will-spike-premiums-50-one-year/ This article is a reliable source, because it was written by someone from a widely used democratic website and was also written recently, which shows immediate coverage. However, the article is bias and not neutral. This is mainly because it is a democratic website and Donald Trump is a Republican.

Bush not being the worst president in history anymore, because of recently inaugurated president Donald Trump. The post is no where near neutral, it purely used for entertainment. Also, it is not neutral because they are saying George W. Bush was a terrible president, with no facts to back up the statement.

What do you think of Wikipedia's definition of "neutrality"? I think Wikipedia's definition of neutrality is fair, but hard to accomplish. This is because it is hard to put all the information you want into an article without opinions and bias, while using only reliable resources from reliable sources.

What are the impacts and limits of Wikipedia as a source of information? The impact of Wikipedia is the variety of knowledge that is produce with each article. Wikipedia is responsible for giving people accurate information on subjects they do not know about. The limits to Wikipedia is that it does not have all information but it does succeed in having a lot of it.
