[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Death or Canada has been reverted. Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\byoutube\.com' . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image or a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! Hi, thanks for the message. I'll stick the two links in if they haven't already been inserted. How do you like the page? Anything else I can help with or adjust? --➨Candlewicke :) Sign/Talk 22:47, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- Hi, sorry for the delay. Been distracted elsewhere and your message gave me much food for thought; merry Christmas... I didn't actually have an e-mail for this but that was due to me never requiring one. I've set one up at candlewicke@gmail.com. In relation to the idea of pictures, well it depends on what exactly you mean. If you upload too many screenshots for instance they might get deleted. However what I was thinking (and perhaps this is what you meant) that, since you are in such a privileged position of producing the film, you might have some shots at hand that were taken during the filming, i.e. the set or the actors in costume or a shot of a cameraman filming a scene or the director giving orders. I think those ought to be more acceptable (and educational) particularly if you are willing to release them to the public (which, since you wish to share it with as many people as possible, would presumably be the case).
- Any more films/TV shows etc. in the pipeline that I ought to be aware of with view to creation? I'll generally do them if they show in Ireland since I figure there are enough Americans, Canadians, Britons, etc. out there to deal with their own shows.
- And as you're new I should probably advise you to sign your name after every message - it's fine with me because I know it's you but not everyone will know. It's simple really - you don't have to type anything, just scroll over the icons above the editing window until you get to the one that looks like a scribble (to the right of the crossed out red W). When clicked it will leave this mark --~~~~ Your signature with timestamp means your username, link to your talk page and the date and time of your message will be left after what you have to say in a manner similar to my own example. Good luck! --➨Candlewicke :) Sign/Talk 02:49, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry, just a query I hadn't conceived when I replied above - was it originally called Summer of Sorrows? --➨Candlewicke :) Sign/Talk 02:57, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Hello Hello! Sorry for the delay, I will email you some production stills for the page. I think you've done a great job. Yes it was originally called Summer of Sorrow - but broadcasters like words that jump out at you when you looking through the tv guide, DEATH, SEX and SHARKS! --Dannothomson (talk) 15:51, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Ballinran Productions
[edit]A tag has been placed on Ballinran Productions requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. John Collier (talk) 01:42, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with File:Death or Canada title.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Death or Canada title.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Image copyright problem with File:Bishop Michael Power in Death or Canada 2.JPG
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Bishop Michael Power in Death or Canada 2.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 17:45, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
