Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Easter Island map-fr.svg, by Strangerer, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Easter Island map-fr.svg is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Easter Island map-fr.svg, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Easter Island map-fr.svg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 20:16, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Привет!

[edit]

Alæxis¿question? 13:41, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Baltic countries are not Russian speaking

[edit]

Although baltic countries have russian, german, english, and finnish speaking residents, they are not officially russian speaking countries. Please do not put this category there. Thank you. Suva 11:15, 19 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please see the master category Category:Countries_by_language: To categorize countries per official language. When a country does not have an official language (e.g. the United States), a de facto categorization is used.

The conversation is over. Thank you. Suva 13:10, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If [[Category:Slavic countries]] would in the future be moved to [[Category:Slavic countries and territories]], then Transnistria will link (the red link will become blue). But it can not link to the former. Thank you. :Dc76 16:03, 2 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Look at the annotation: "The category includes recognized and unrecognized countries with the Slavic majority". --Daniil naumoff 08:12, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a country. If you don't fix the title as well, it can not be listed. You understand very well this objection that has been rased also by other users. Hence, I don't think there is anything else to debate: you change the title and then Transnistria is there, or you don't - and then it is not. :Dc76 16:24, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Danila

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Danila requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. katherine_a (talk) 03:42, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
