  • You cannot just upload images you find on the internet to Commons except for the comparatively rare cases that they have a clearly identifiable, compatible, free license - see c:COM:LICENSING
  • See also WP:NFC for strictly limited occasions where non-free images can be uploaded to en.wikipedia. In this case, as this is a living person, and free images are available, this would not apply. Begoon 05:56, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).
