Stupid SIR S-Line
Can you possibly help me fix the stupid s line template for the SIR to have the link for South Beach Branch, North Shore Branch and Mount Loretto Spur pages go to the pages I created for them and not the section on the Staten Island Railway page. Thanks.--Kew Gardens 613 (talk) 00:39, 10 November 2015 (UTC)
- I don't see what's wrong with it, although I wouldn't mind seeing some S-lines for the Travis Branch and West Shore Line. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 18:06, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. New NRHP noms on Long Island
Dan,
At this quarter's SHPB meeting on Thursday, among the nominations to be discussed are two out in Suffolk County that you might be able to visit and photograph:
- Old Field Club and Farm, 86 West Meadow Road, Setauket. A private equestrian facility; I don't know how easy it would be to get into and shoot.
- Quogue Historic District, most of the village of Quogue (see p. 67 of the nomination for the best map of proposed boundaries). Seems like it would be a lot easier to shoot. Daniel Case (talk) 06:06, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- I actually passed by the Old Field Club while I was seeking picture of the vicinity of the West Meadow Beach Historic District a few years ago. But because the road leading there was a dirt road and I don't own a four wheel drive vehicle, I backed out of that plan. I vaguely remember reading that it's paved now. As for Quogue, it'd definitely be easier to capture if I were still up there. I almost suspected that some were there already. Looks like more sites for the list. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 23:18, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

It would be appreciated if you could take 4-5 minutes to finish the survey questions. Thanks in advance! We will not collect any of your personally information.
Thank you for your time to participate this survey. Your response is important for us!

Disambiguation link notification for December 31
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of terrorist incidents, 1972, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Black September. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
