Dallasdudette (talk) 21:02, 2 July 2021 (UTC)Dallas dudette here. I am interested in the subjects that I've edited, but I do want to clarify that I have no financial, commercial, or professional connection to any of them or to their associated institutions. I focus on other topics using other user names.[reply]

May 2021[edit]

Hi. Nope—no conflict as defined above. I don’t work or attend school there, and don’t have a relative who attends or works there. I’m not mentioned in the article. I am interested in schools, but this particular handle ‘dallas dudette’ focuses on this particular school. Updates are basically from prowling the internet.

By the way, I started the section on National Controversies, including the inclusion of Spencer, the new Nazi, and the case of sex abuse. I don’t know the people at the school who run PR, fundraising, or alumni relations, but I’m fairly sure that anyone with official ties to the school would not be allowed/encouraged to include such info. —dallas dudette

Deletion discussion about Shawn Schmidt[edit]

Hello, Dallasdudette, and welcome to Wikipedia. I edit here too, under the username Devonian Wombat, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Shawn Schmidt, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shawn Schmidt.

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Devonian Wombat}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
