Jeffrey W. Bullock

I reverted your edits at Jeffrey W. Bullock. I looked at the edits in the context of a copyright investigation. There is a slight possibility that the material cited may be in public domain but I didn't bother to investigate that, as it is quite inappropriate to simply copy and paste from an official biography, even when adding a citation. Wikipedia is interested in providing neutral coverage of subjects, and a copy paste from an official biography is almost certain to provide a point of view favorable to the subject. It is conceivable it is acceptable but the best approach is always to use multiple sources for material and write in your own words.--S Philbrick (Talk) 20:00, 11 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
