- Just further to my comments above, I would note that this Space Preservation Act's description of Chemtrails as a chemical weapon is not an example of 'where the US Government has listed "Chemtrails" as a Military Weapon'. The Bill hasn't been enacted and so this is only an example of where United States Congressman Dennis Kucinich has described Chemtrails as a military weapon, not the US Government. - Further, he describes it as a prohibitted weapons system, not necessarily one that is in use or has been even created.
