Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add content (particularly if you change facts and figures), as you have to the article Pyaar Impossible, please cite a reliable source for the content you're adding or changing. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. nsaum75¡שיחת! 03:28, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did to Dulha Mil Gaya. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. nsaum75¡שיחת! 03:29, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

March 2010

[edit]

Hi, Cute754 please don't change sourced info unless you have reliable sources to support your edits. Especially on the Bollywood films of 2010 article there are very few bits of sourced info, and it is not good for the article quality if you remove the sources that are there and don't add new ones. If you have any questions feel free to ask me at my talk page. Thanks. Copana2002 (talk) 23:17, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, now I understand the confusion. You will notice the List of highest-grossing Bollywood films article lists the total gross of MNIK while the Bollywood films of 2010 article lists only total gross in India and then has separate columns for the overseas grosses. The box office India ref which is used to source the List of highest-grossing Bollywood films doesn't even list MNIK, making that number unverifiable (there's no source listed that supports the info). But anyway you can't cite Wikipedia articles as they are not considered reliable sources and only reliable external sources should be used. Hope that clears up the confusion, but if you need editing help there are great resources in the getting started box above or you can ask me. Copana2002 (talk) 13:23, 7 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Teen Patti (film): you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit was inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you.--M4gnum0n (talk) 16:40, 12 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Cute754. I am happy to see that there are editors who used to keep the said list as a benchmark for all Bollywood films. Your concerns about the current condition of the list is well-heeded and echoed by other editors as well. Believe me, I have worked extensively in the list and know it inside out (pardon the bragging :D ). However, it is most unfortunate but nothing can be done to bring back the list to it's former glory. The problem is that certain WikiLawyers, without any objective analysis and in-depth discussions, declared the List to be sourced from an unreliable website. Hence, she blanked the list completely. Later, as a means of a (faulty) compromise, she decided to keep the list in the form of extracts - only certain ranks will be displayed. I know that this is most confusing and very counter-productive. Other editors have also complained about the state of the list. Perhaps you can see this discussion to understand exactly what happened that caused this state of affairs. I am sorry for your disappointment, but unless many editors come together and take this matter up again, we cannot do anything to the list. Hi

[edit]

Hey. Thanks, and hope you're having a good time editing.

Regarding Don 2, the article unfortunately got full-protection status due to some edit wars. As of now, nobody can edit that page except administrators. I may have to appeal the protection, but as of now its here to say. Anyways, there are tons of other articles you can contribute to. Have fun! ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 10:52, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Re:One Question

[edit]

Hello.

Cute754, you failed to see the Archives section in my talk page; it clearly states :- "Under no circumstances whatsoever are the contents of the archives to be tampered with." You should not have added anything to the archives; you should have added your comment in my talk page, as its a current discussion. Refrain from repeating this the next time, please.

Regarding your question, I am very ill-versed with images in Wikipedia, as I am still to understand image copyrights. You would be better advised to ask some more experienced editor. Perhaps an administrator can help you? Why don't you approach Moonriddengirl; I'm sure she can help. ~*~AnkitBhatt~*~ 18:20, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
