Suggestions:

Make incremental edits. If you change a large chunk, it is hard for others to follow what you are doing.
Per wp:verifiability, any significant content needs to wp:cite a wp:reliable source See help:referencing for beginners. Use of your own knowledge is not verifiable and should not be used without citations. See wp:original research If your text is cited somewhere else on the page, use a wp:NAMEDREF. If it is close by, mention so on the wp:edit summary
Leave an wp:edit summary, especially when making larger edits, removing content, and especially when removing cited content.
Please communicate with people who remove your content on talk pages. help:talk pages and wp:talk page guidelines
