Proposed deletion of Message from GOD in our DNA

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Message from GOD in our DNA, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? J.delanoygabsadds 22:06, 22 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD

[edit]

That article had not a snowball's chance in hell of surviving AfD. However, if you wish a review of my decision, you can do so at Wikipedia:Deletion review. If you need any help in listing it, please let me know. Tim Vickers (talk) 01:35, 24 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is explained at Wikipedia:Your first article. Finding reliable sources that discuss this topic would be particularly important. If you wish I can copy the delted material into a user subpage, so you can work on improving it. Tim Vickers (talk) 02:52, 24 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Done, see User talk:Creation-of-Heaven/Draft article. Please also read this guide on how the community regards these draft articles. Tim Vickers (talk) 03:22, 24 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please note, if you are not actively editing this draft, I will delete it again. Userspace is not a place to permanently retain deleted content. Tim Vickers (talk) 19:08, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Chris, you need to read WP:V, which explains that blogs are not acceptable sources, and WP:OR that explains that you can't put together facts A and B to deduce C. You need a reliable source that discusses this exact topic. Tim Vickers (talk) 02:54, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you've finished with this draft, I'll delete it in a few days. Tim Vickers (talk) 22:50, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
See self-publishing for your options. Wikipeida, however, is not one of them. Tim Vickers (talk) 21:03, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
