Live updates

[edit]

Hi, I have seen you have made live updates, please do not do that as it is against consensus at Wikipedia:WikiProject Football. Please wait until match has finished before updating score and statistics. Thank you. QED237 (talk) 21:53, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, I didn't know about that. Thanks!--Cparres (talk) 21:55, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Qed237. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2014–15 UEFA Champions League, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2017 Pittsburgh Steelers season, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Sean Davis and Alex Collins (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2017–18 Manchester City F.C. season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Paul Tierney (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Be careful what you call vandalism

In your recent edit to Pep Guardiola, you called the technically correct term for his nation of birth "vandalism". I wouldn't do that without proof. Walter Görlitz (talk) 18:59, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

MLB standings templates

[edit]

I have started a discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Baseball § Usage of standings templates to remind everyone of the historical usage of the MLB standings templates. Seeds and clinching information has not in the past been hardcoded within the template; it is only shown in the MLB season article, and so that article uses the "seeds" and "highlight" parameters for the templates. Any feedback you may have for the discussion on the WikiProject Baseball talk page is welcome. isaacl (talk) 06:04, 31 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Updating MLB Standings

[edit]

First off, thank you for updating the MLB standings. However, you are updating them incorrectly as the output is Home/Road, you are updating them and flipping them (Road/Home). Again, thank you for updating the standings, but it really isn't helping if you are updating them incorrectly. Please correct this in future updates. Thank you. posty (talk) 16:06, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
