Decline reason:

Were the primary fault just failing to include a paid editor declaration, I'd be reasonably open to consider an unblock. The issue is the highly promotional nature of the content you made. A less extreme example might indicate that you could be unblocked to make proposed edits, but that is simply not the case with an advertorial issue this early. While it's not relevant to the unblock, I felt i should note that the company is, currently, not notable (so even a neutral article wouldn't remain).
