Telus/TELUS

[edit]

Hello... FYI, you should look through Wikipedia:Manual of Style (trademarks), as it will explain why Wikipedia uses "Telus" instead of "TELUS". You should also be aware of the three revert rule and discuss your concerns on the talk page first. Please feel free to ask if you have questions about this. --Ckatzchatspy 20:47, 7 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the reply. While the company may choose to use all-caps, Wikipedia's guideline reflects conventions used by other information sources in avoiding unnecessary capitalization of words. This is in line with (for example) CBC News, the New York Times, and USA Today - all of whom use "Telus" when referring to the company. Hope this helps. --Ckatzchatspy 08:10, 8 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
