[edit]Hello, I'm FlightTime. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on LeVar Burton, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! - FlightTime (open channel) 22:13, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, FlightTime. The Ignyte Awards are literary awards in the genre of speculative fiction. I assumed the website of the award giver would be the best possible source for the awards given, but I can provide additional sources for the awards received by Mr. Burton:
- Announced on Tor.com: https://www.tor.com/2020/10/17/announcing-the-winners-of-the-inaugural-ignyte-awards/
- Announced in the magazine associated with the awards: https://www.fiyahlitmag.com/2020/10/17/results-the-2020-ignyte-awards/
- Announced in Locus Magazine: https://locusmag.com/2020/10/ignyte-awards-winners/
- Listing at the Science Fiction Awards Database: https://www.sfadb.com/db/Ignyte_Awards_Winners_By_Name
- Please let me know if these sources are acceptable and, if so, how I can restore the edits and add the additional sources. Thanks. CorundumCat (talk) 22:38, 17 June 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Neon Yang, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Dark. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Ways to improve The Unbalancing
[edit]Hello, CorundumCat,
Thank you for creating The Unbalancing.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
I've marked this as reviewed; it's generally well written and meets notability guidelines. The lede is a bit short at just two sentences; IMHO, there could be brief summaries of the plot, themes, and development. Also, ref 5 doesn't seem to meet the reliable source guideline (WP:RS) as it's a self-published blog, ref 6 is probably also non-RS, but as it's an interview from the author IMO it's not a big issue. There is a couple of citation needed tags you need to fix, though IMHO, except for the short lede, the other problems are minor (I have also found a Booklist ref I added). Many thanks, and well done!
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|VickKiang}}
