Welcome

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! As mentioned, I'd like to move the conversation here, to your talk page, as there are some issues with your account itself that are best discussed here. Are you affiliated or employed by Aesus, and if so, is creating this Wikipedia page part of your job? If so, then you are required to make a paid-editor disclosure, in accordance with our Terms of Use and as described here: WP:PAID. Even if this page isn't part of your job description, being an employee of the company whose article you're writing is a very severe conflict of interest, and while that doesn't absolutely prohibit you from writing the article, you are very strongly discouraged from doing so yourself. And as mentioned, the page you created, in addition to being in the wrong place, was not in keeping with the neutral tone of an encyclopedia; lines like "Through their experienced technical sales team and broad agency of international representatives, they deliver great solutions to their customers! " are not appropriate for Wikipedia articles.

Finally, your username itself is a problem, as it implies shared use. That is to say, a username like "Contact Aesus" implies that this is a role account that is used by whoever is currently in the public relations role at Aesus and will change hands along with that role. This is not allowed on Wikipedia; accounts can only belong to and controlled by a single person throughout its lifetime, and the account name must reflect this. As such, I'm going to block this account, but I will leave you some instructions on how to ask for a new username and get your account unblocked.

I'm sorry for this rough introduction to Wikipedia, but this is a very common mistake made by companies seeking to expand their online influence, and this simply isn't what Wikipedia is for. Thank you, Writ Keeper  14:30, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because of the following problems: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

You may request a change of username and unblock if you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization. To do this, first search Special:CentralAuth for available usernames that comply with the username policy. Once you have found an acceptable username, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. In your reasons, you must:

  • Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement.
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page. Writ Keeper  14:31, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
