I think the things you're adding are really cool.

Sections pertaining to Culture, Job Performance, etc, are all important aspects of life where your topic fits in.

I wonder if your sections could re-organized. The sub-subheaders are kinda ambiguous/indistinguishable from the subheaders.

Otherwise, the structure seems really good too!
