Spam question

Another editor deleted the reference you added last March to Humphries's text on particle acceleration from the Particle accelerators article. I have suggested on the article talk page that it be re-instated, though it is a borderline case according to Wiki's spam policies. I think it is a useful reference, but the issue is muddied by its being on a commercial webpage with links to other tools and services. Anyway, I thought you might want to review it.
