Speedy deletion nomination of World association of public employment services
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on World association of public employment services, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. - This article, as well as WAPES, was a copyright violation, being a copy of pages from wapes.org. Cabayi (talk) 08:56, 2 August 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of WAPES
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on WAPES, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be a clear copyright infringement of http://wapes.org/en/page/history. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.
Cabayi (talk) 08:51, 2 August 2017 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Communication wapes. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:
- avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
- instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
- when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 09:00, 2 August 2017 (UTC)

[edit]There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.
If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Anarchyte (work | talk) 09:49, 2 August 2017 (UTC)Hello Anarchyte, I was fixing the problem with Cabayi, but you and RHaworth block me before I can fix the problem. Thanks for all, I am new in this but I see that you are not tolerant. Our association is a non profit one, representaed in 85 countries and well known in the employment services. But I see that we don't have the posibility to have a voice in wikipedia has our partners like ILO, OECD, etc. then no problem have a good day. And try to have communication with the others adiministratores. I repeat, we were fixing the problem with Cabayi and you just block me without right to contest.

How to change your "Username"
[edit]Hi Communication wapes/Pierre. I'm Shirt58 (talk · contribs), an administrator on the English language Wikipedia.
Your current username "Communication wapes" does not comply with Wikipedia's username policy.
This is because it suggests that you are making changes - called "editing" in Wikipedia jargon - to Wikipedia for an organization.
You can ask for a change of username by following the steps here.
Please let me know if you have any questions about this or any other questions might have about Wikipedia.
And as a personal note, your English is just fine, don't give it a second thought (as we say in English idioms).
Peter in Australia aka --Shirt58 (talk) 10:16, 2 August 2017 (UTC)
Thank you Peter, I will try tommorow because I am a little bit desapointed just now. I appreciate your help, and from Cabayi to. But it seems radical from Anarchyte just to block me, but no problem. I would like to contribute about other things , we are a serioous organisation.
Like I am bloked , i don't know if I can change the user name, but i will see it tommorrow;
Thank you Peter for your constructive help.
Best regards,
Pierre-Alain
And Anarchyte block my IP adress :(
- Hello Pierre-Alain, I've talked to Shirt58 and we've agreed to unblock this account. You're going to need to request a name change to something more suitable (see WP:CHANGINGUSERNAME). I hope we haven't discouraged you from editing as a result of this issue. Have a great day! Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:51, 3 August 2017 (UTC)
