hi[edit]

Hi Coleencoleen, I was waiting for someone else to mention Fidelma Ashe's work. I was unsure how widely read it was. However, I'd just like to say that some of your mentions of her work are possibly giving it too much weight ( - see WP:WEIGHT). If you have any questions just drop me a line on my talk page--Cailil talk 21:45, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think you're actually misunderstanding me Coleencoleen. I'm not disputing Ashe's importance. I know her work - I've actually even heard her speak. What I'm saying to you is that in Feminism above the piece you added on Ashe there was a short paragraph discussing multiple views of at least 3 authors[1]. It was a little 'undue" (in wikipedia's terms) to give one author a longer paragraph. Again I am not disputing Ashe's work or its importance - I'm just dropping you a line to explain one of Wikipedia's policies - Due weight. In the above "welcome template" there is a handy link to the core policies of wikipedia. And again if you ever want to ask a question feel free to drop me a line or go to Wikipedia:Questions--Cailil talk 22:41, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
