[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for your enthusiasm. I would encourage you to review Wikipedia's guidelines for city articles, and other city articles; the ones on Grand Forks and Minot are fairly good examples.
Remember, the point of a Wikipedia article is not to duplicate content that exists on other websites; that's why we have external links. Instead, try to provide a good overview of information available on the topic and provide links for further depth.
