poorly sourced articles

[edit]

Leave a note on the talk page regarding it. Remove the refs to other wikipedia articles (make sure to reference this in the edit summary or it may accidently getreverted). Finally, being the article will no longer have references (And did not have proper references) add the {{Unreferenced}} tag to the top! Remeber, BE BOLD Hope this helps. If you have any questipons please do not hesitate to ask. -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 15:27, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That is part of the beauty of wikipedia is if anybody sees a problem, they are welcome to remedy it (or attempt to) right away as opposed to contacting a webmaster or going through a long process. That is why WP:BOLD is an important concept on wikipedia. -- Chrislk02 (Chris Kreider) 15:46, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone can put up a web page and say anything. How can we link to such a page? Can you not find a more official source of the info? Something more acceptable to a serious encylopedia? Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 10:58, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is the only article I can find about him that discusses anything other than game recaps. /ClintonKu 11:01, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I understand, but look at it from my point of view. It's a very poor source indeed. How can we poissibly have it in the article? If people really are leaving because of him surely they will have given interviews stating this somewhere? Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 11:12, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
No. Their baseball program does not grant exit interviews for this type of behavior. The article states that this is the purpose of the article — there is the only source that clearly documents this type of behavior. /ClintonKu 11:17, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Awful editors

[edit]

See, here's what I told you about these idiots. First, he accuses me of forum shopping, which I had never heard of, and then he bitches when I removed the section from one of the pages!? Come on now. No consistency. Timneu22 (talk) 19:28, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Greg Van Zant

[edit]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Greg Van Zant. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Greg Van Zant. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:27, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
