I have blocked both you and Nakazima for 24hours for persistent revert warring over a number of articles. I am aware that you may not have technically violated WP:3RR on any one subject, but I have considered that you both have breached the spirit of the rule. There is no license to revert 3 times a day on one subject and then move onto the next. I suggest that the two of you either agree to disagree over some matters and allow each others contributions to stand or you take your content disputes to an appropriate venue (WP:RfC) to resolve the matter. Please note I am posting an identical message to Nakazima. LessHeard vanU 21:20, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
Nuclear materials: answer to your question

Thank you for your question onto the categorisation of nuclear materials. Please, see my answer to your question on my talk page here: User_talk:Shinkolobwe#Nuclear_materials. I hope to have clearly answered your question. Best regards, Shinkolobwe (talk) 13:02, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
