I have reverted your move of your sandbox to Importance of Life Jackets because the article in its current form is not suitable for inclusion in the mainspace of the encyclopedia. Your stated objective "o persuade people to wear a life jacket", no matter how well-intended is incompatible with an encyclopedia. You might want to consider changing the topic slightly to the impact of wearing a personal floatation devices on survival rates for example, that you can write an article about that does have a neutral point of view.
