I restored some of your additions. I recommend that you edit the entry in a more incremental manner, especially those involving supplanting, supplementing, and outright removal of material. If you do this edit-by-edit, with clear edit summaries (and when needed, talk page comments) per each segment, you have much greater chances in seeing your additions retained (providing they are well sourced).
