Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Cisaa11. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Request reason:
Alright, under my block reason, it states i am not here to build an encyclopedia, which is a reason which is not true. I will explain why, under the page linked, and the reasons why someone may get blocked by this, i will list how my situation does NOT match any reasons. 1: Narrow self-interest or promotion of themselves or their business, while it is true i made a draft about Freshly Shopping, i am an unpaid volunteer, it is not my business, and i do not have any ownership. 2: General pattern of disruptive behavior Just not true, i have less than 10 edits, there is no general pattern. 3: Trying to score brownie points outside of Wikipedia Also not true, i never involved anyone else, i made a page in neutral tone. 4: Treating editing as a battleground I have never made any personal attacks, insults, or any sort of offensive comments / edit wars. 5: Dishonest and gaming behaviors I have not done any vandalism, and i have not edited any pages for fun. 6: Little or no interest in working collaboratively I have not done anything listed under this section. 7: Major or irreconcilable conflict of attitude or intention I have not harassed any users on wikipedia and on external platforms, i have made no legal threats or anything similar. 8: Long-term agenda inconsistent with building an encyclopedia I have not made any long-term edits, considering i have less than 10, and i have not claimed to be a "productive editor" or similar. 9: Having a long-term or "extreme" history that suggests a marked lack of value for the project's actual aims and methods I have no warnings. 10: Interest in gaining as many user rights or "awards" as possible I have made ONE rfa which i would not consider "as many user rights" as it's only one, and it was pretty clear it was going to be denied, i have never made any attemps to receive awards. 11: Focusing on Wikipedia as a social networking site I haven't made anything that could be considered using wikipedia as a social networking site. 12: Editing only in user space I have made a draft, which was denied, that debunks this reason. So, after everything i have said, it seems very unreasonable that a user such as me, with under 10 edits, gets such a harsh punishment for a reason that isn't valid. If my block is deemed valid, i'd like to say that i want to become a better editor, and i will not perform any vandalism, and will be a helpful editor. second message about my appeal.
[edit]The reason of my use of webhosts and proxies is because most of the time, i have Cloudflare Warp on, it's something i have on and often forget to disable when editing wikipedia, it's an honest mistake.
I am not trolling and i am competent to edit Wikipedia.
