Several issues here. Firstly, Wikipedia has a policy against legal threats - any legal threats against Wikipedia itself or against other users, whether they are administrators or not. You will have to retract the legal threats and show that you understand that policy and are willing to abide by it before your account can be unblocked. You should follow the instructions in the block message to formally request to be unblocked.
Secondly, you don't have any First Amendment rights to publish whatever you want on Wikipedia, no more than you have a First Amendment right to publish in Rolling Stone or the New York Times. Your edits have to conform to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or they will be reverted. In particluar, biographies of living persons must cite reliable sources that are independent of the subject, both to establish that the subject is notable and to allow our readers to verify the content. Many of your draft's paragraphs didn't cite any sources or sources that were not reliable (like blogs) or not independent. For a platinum-selling musician I would expect newspaper articles or reviews of her music published in reputable music magazines, not just blog posts focusing on an arrest. Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to ERYKA KANE may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • court levels representing herself [[Pro Se]]<ref name=Illinois northern district federal court.com>[</ref>http://www.ilnb.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/opinions/Chriswell-v-Alomari.pdf.
  • to an officer and felony evading and eluding an Oak Lawn Police officer <ref name=copblock.com>[</ref> http://www.copblock.org/29258/grad-student-and-caregiver-racially-profiled-and-nearly-killed-

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on ERYKA KANE requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. STATic message me! 16:11, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article ERYKA KANE has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 20:05, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.
