[edit]

A tag has been placed on Ulf Sigfusson, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable (see the guidelines for notability here). If you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

Please read the criteria for speedy deletion (specifically, articles #7) and our general biography criteria. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. CiaranG 12:35, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Has been flagged as a hoax, with the following comments on its talk page:
There are no other references to either Walthamstone, Yorkshire or Butlerscone anywhere else on the web. Where there are references to Walthamstone in Google, they all appear to be incorrect references to Walthamstow. Ulf Sigfusson, reputed to be an author from the village, is similarly unknown to Google and Amazon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ringbark (talkcontribs)

Likewise the village some 10 miles west of Harrogate along the A59, "after Fewston Reservoir" ,is Blubberhouses, and there is, I suspect not completely coinicidentally, a pub called the Ruskin Arms in Manor Park (London E12), not that far from Walthamstow. We aren't completely dim on here… The article on Walthamstone has been listed for deletion, with the discussion happening here. You've proved your credentials as a writer, how about using the talent to create articles on real subjects and/or improve the articles that are already on here?
