COI editor

Hi. This is to remind you about this editor per the #wikipedia-en channel. Thank you for helping me. Happy editing! BejinhanTalk 12:46, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

Apparently, someone has already explained inline citations to him(without my knowledge) but I would appreciate if you can please explain the COI part to him. Thanks! BejinhanTalk 13:39, 2 December 2009 (UTC)

The bot deleted the Talk:The Murder of Meredith Kercher, however it had been moved from Talk:Amanda Knox and contained a discussion which resulted in pages being merged. Would it be possible for you to undelete it and move it to Talk:Amanda Knox/Archive 1 (or something similar)? snigbrook (talk) 17:40, 5 December 2009 (UTC)

 Done --Chris 01:47, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

The bot tagged File:Deathcertificate.jpg with {{di-no license}}. This was understandable, because it had been marked as the uploader's own work, but the uploader only made an image of a paper document created by others.

I have added a rational as to why it is proper for Wikipedia to host this image; the image complies with official UK government guidance given at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/advice/crown-copyright/copyright-guidance/copying-of-birth-death-and-marriage-certificates-and-marriage-registers. I just wrote a text description of the guidance; there does not seem to be any pre-existing template for this category of free use. I hope your bot will not have trouble recognizing that this is a proper image. --Jc3s5h (talk) 02:45, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

On further examination, I have found that the {{Non-free Crown copyright}} template applies. --Jc3s5h (talk) 03:31, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

Hi, Chris G. One of your bots (User:Orphaned image deletion bot) deleted a fair use image uploaded by me because of orphanation, but the image illustrated the article Isa TK+ and it was removed of the same because a vandalism linked here:[1]. An apology because I said it something late and greetings. --Vic201401 (talk) 03:12, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

Image restored. --Chris 07:10, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
