Finders Keepers

What exactly was the info you called incorrect? --ChrisP2K5 05:03, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

Gameplay on the Eure version usually ended up with rooms being left unsearched. Usually all eight rooms were always searched on Toffler's version; of course, there were exceptions. Also how many episodes featured the cameraman actually pointing his finger at the object? I don't recall any. Seems like this would give the answer away to the contestants. --Goldrushcavi 04:43, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

It happened on exactly one episode during the Eure run. The camera was zoomed in on the area, and the kids weren't paying attention to it. The cameraman's finger was only in there for a split second, not enough to be noticed by the kids. As for the rooms, I have seen enough episodes of the Eure version to know that they kept going with the hidden pictures until one of the teams found a correct one. Toffler's version did the three roomer once (must have been from early in the run or later, but I did see this episode recently and was wondering why they only searched three rooms). I'd just like to say that I do check my facts before I post them, and wouldn't have posted these if they weren't true, so I don't appreciate being labelled a vandal. --ChrisP2K5 04:58, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Warning removed with my apologies. Have you seen more of the first half season (with Harvey) or second half season of Eure's version?

I just got Nick GAS within the last three months, so I'm gonna guess that the second half season is the one I'm seeing. (I saw one Harvey episode.) --ChrisP2K5 22:15, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Regarding your recent edit to Turn (professional wrestling), I believe I explained myself with my earlier edit summary. Please see Talk:Turn (professional wrestling) as to why the lists were removed. Thanks! --Jtalledo (talk) 17:52, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

And I made clear my feelings that the edit was unnecessary. There was no reason for you to do that. It's being reverted again. --ChrisP2K5 21:32, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
Unfortunately, your feelings don't override the official policy of NPOV. There is a reason I did that. Read the policy. --Jtalledo (talk) 22:26, 8 June 2006 (UTC)
FYI, there's also a discussion regarding this at WikiProject Professional wrestling if you wish to jump in. --Jtalledo (talk) 22:37, 8 June 2006 (UTC)

ATHF episodes

Great job on creating those ATHF episode articles! I just want to say that I did make a few changes to some of them, to look more consistent with the other ones. First, I added an infobox to them. They go at the top of each episode page. To make them, just add this to the first line:

{{Infobox Television episode
| Title =
| Series = [[Aqua Teen Hunger Force]]
| Image =
| Caption =
| Season =
| Episode =
| Airdate =
| Production =
| Writer =
| Guests =
| Episode list = [[List of Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes]]
| Prev =
| Next =
}}

and then fill in some blanks (usually I add title, image, season, episode, airdate, production, guests (if there are any), and links to the prev/next episode).

Secondly, the article's Lead (the first paragraph) should have the episode title in "quotes". This is part of the Wikipedia Manual of Style.

Third, the "Cold opening" (i.e. Dr. Weird & Spacecataz) usually goes in a section at the bottom.

You can always use another episode as a template, and change the information that needs to be changed when you make a new article. Check out the other episodes in Category:Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes for some good examples of how other editors have made episode articles.

Lastly, when you make a new ATHF page, go to the article's talk page and add {{WikiProject ATHF}}, which makes the article a part of the ATHF Wikiproject.

That's all I wanted to say. If you have any questions, leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks for all your hard work! Keep it up! :: ZJH (T C E) 19:11, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the props, Zachary. I do disagree with your points on the cold opening, though. Since they occur at the beginning of the show, I believe they belong at the beginning of the synopsis. Just my opinion. Glad to be of service. --ChrisP2K5 05:48, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

I changed my mind about the cold opens. Put them wherever you want. :: ZJH (T C E) 09:22, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Tyson/Holyfield

Hi Chris,

I just noticed that we were both editing the section of the Mike Tyson article about his 2nd fight with Holyfield at the same time. Go ahead and revert my edits if you like, it looks like you know what you're doing.

One suggestion, though: I think it would be best if most of the detail is put into the article The Bite Fight, and only a brief summary on Tyson's page. -Pete 05:53, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Hey Pete, thanks for the message. I did change what you put back to what I had, just in the beginning. As for the rest, I kinda see your point, but the info was there before I posted the revision. I'd say go change it if you want to. --ChrisP2K5 05:58, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

2 Minute Drill

Hi i was sent a message by you that said I shouldn't have made that incorrect edit to the 2 minute drill article, but my edit was not completely incorrect. Willy Gibson answered questions on Deion Sanders and Eddie George, I, however have only seen the episodes with Deion Sanders and assumed he would have always gone with him but i have found a link to pages of summaries for both of these players being the questions of great significance http://groups.google.com/group/alt.tv.game-shows/browse_thread/thread/2bdb5c0c9edaaa65/120b975faf8916a9%23120b975faf8916a9 for Deion and http://groups.google.com/group/alt.tv.game-shows/browse_thread/thread/7e331be600d53fff/12bf8d06d2d5fc77%2312bf8d06d2d5fc77 for Eddie George. We were both incorrect but before you accuse others of posting false information maybe we should both double check our facts.

Apologies for jumping to conclusions. (The Eddie George eps must've been from season 2 on- I never saw Willy's first season eps.) --ChrisP2K5 05:34, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

If you haven't seen something, and don't know the answer, don't make pages about them. Modor 04:45, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Modor

Go f--- yourself, Mark. Nobody asked you for your damn opinion. It was an error in judgement on my part, and I owned up to it. --ChrisP2K5 04:46, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Toga revisions

Your edit to Toga only undid one of two edits by the TOGA! TOGA! TOGA! guy. When I first saw the diff for your change from the recent changes page, a TOGA! TOGA! TOGA! was there in red type after your edit, and I thought you had added it. So I reverted your change. But when I checked the history, I realized that you had been reverting an earlier edit that actually brought in vandalism. So I reverted my edit. But still one of the the TOGA! TOGA! TOGA! edits was still there, so I checked the history more carefully, realized there had been two edits by the vandal, and reverted to the last edit before that person vandalized the article. Sorry to do it so messily, but I think the article is ok now. -Everyguy 17:23, 17 May 2007 (UTC)

Okay, was a little confused why you did that. I didn't see the second "TOGA TOGA TOGA" edit. It's cool now, though. --ChrisP2K5 03:58, 18 May 2007 (UTC)

Nommel

I really fail to see how my wish to not include fanon names would qualify as a POV. I've added a RFC to the article's talk page Talk:List_of_students_at_South_Park_Elementary#Request_For_Comment:_Surnames, please feel free to comment there rather than engage in an edit war. Thank you. Tweeks Coffee 21:00, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Keep my name out of your trolling here, please

I saw your little tidbit in the alt.tv.game-shows article, and don't appreciate it. You have been reported and the diffs have been sent to the moderators. Hdayejr 21:57, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

Uh, yeah. Whatever. First of all, smart guy, the edit was already reverted...quite a while ago. Second of all, what are the mods going to do? Absolutely nothing. And this, what you said, is trolling. I will be going to the mods, and hopefully they will have sense in their head to give you a ban from here. Thank you for playing, sir.--ChrisP2K5 04:23, 23 July 2007 (UTC)

And just for further reference, Harvey- it ain't trolling if it's true. You and Grant are largely responsible for the state ATGS is currently in now, and the two of you continue to contribute to it despite the fact that a) no one reads what you think, b) most of the sane people have moved on to other game show discussion, and c) people have told you numerous times over. If you wanna keep perpetrating lies, you're more than welcome to. I'll just dig up the old ATGS thing where you threatened to call the cops on me for threatening to report someone who posted personal information about somebody on the Internet (something you have done in the past, as well). --ChrisP2K5 00:33, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Do we need to pull up the archives of your trolling "Keith" aka Chris? What name are you using today, tomorrow, etc. You continue to troll on that site and the proof can be posted here. Whathcha think punk, you feeling lucky today? 71.64.152.144 18:50, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

American Gladiators

I undid your reversion of my edit to American Gladiators. Your statement was that there was already a trivia tag at the top of the article; however, it wasn't there before I edited it. Maybe someone else took the tag out before I got to it? Anyway, if you can either move it down to the trivia section itself, it would be of better use - for some reason it automatically put it at the top. Or we could just get rid of that section by integrating the trivia bits into the article or deleting what is unnecessary. By the way -- when you reverted this edit, you also reverted all my corrections to the abbreviations and the headings. Please take the time to look at what all someone did in an edit before you simply revert it - we're not all vandals! Thanks... --Goldrushcavi 19:55, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for reverting all the edits in the process. However, the tag has been there since last month, and was plain to see to the eye. --ChrisP2K5 03:47, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

Bart of Darkness

On a personal level I don't think its that important, but I can see where you're coming from. So that people understand he didn't just fall on his own, I see its necessary to mention why. So I've left that in. But as its a relatively short plot summary, it isn't a blow by blow description of the episode, meaning that (unless they are immensely important) quotes should not be mentioned. Gran2 18:06, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I agree. The reason why I put the quote in was to show exactly WHAT caused Bart to fall. I'll leave it out. --ChrisP2K5 19:19, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

John Sterling

Your edits to John Sterling (sportscaster) have not been completely constructive. You have reverted several times to your PREFERRED VERSION while removing correct changes made to the aticle, including and making unnecessary changes to lines of text (eg. "usually followed by" replacing "and"). You also labeled me a possible vandal with your edit summary comments from earlier this afternoon. ([1]) Just a warning: You should be careful before you run afoul of both WP:OWN and WP:PA. Rollosmokes 03:46, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

Yeah...you removed factual items from the page when they shouldn't have been removed. That's vandalism. I am NOT attacking you personally, and don't throw the "own" thing at me either. Instead of criticizing me, admit your mistake and move on.--ChrisP2K5 03:51, 28 September 2007 (UTC)

What factual items? You'd better check those edit summaries once again. Rollosmokes 04:02, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Okay. Sterling does not call Abreu "El Comedulce" unless he hits a home run, which is also the only time you'll hear "Bobby Abreu, as sweet as candy." Factual item, removed, vandalism. --ChrisP2K5 04:05, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
You obviously don't listen enough. Sterling has called Abreu "El Comedulce" on occasions when he gets a really big, clutch hit -- not just on homeruns.
And, the whole point of the section is to highlight the nicknames Sterling gives players. Notice the homerun mention has "usually" tagged to it, and not another word such as "only" or "exclusively". This is an clarification, NOT VANDALISM.
Before this escalates into an useless edit war, perhaps you should refresh yourself on what should and should not be considered vandalism on Wikipedia. And, I'll remind you again to be careful when labeling someone else's good-faith edits as vandalism. Be civil. Rollosmokes 04:20, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Alright, fine. I suggest you follow the last part as well. --ChrisP2K5 04:22, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
I do, except I didn't tag anyone else's work here as "vandalism" unless it truly was vandalism. Don't worry about what I do -- worry about yourself and what you do. Rollosmokes 04:43, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
Dude, Rollingsmokes, just ignore ChrisP2K5. He is a long standing problem on ATGS, and now he has brought his lame comedy act here(along with his little buddy Steve Gavazzi). He isn't worth you getting banned over. I already reported him before, so, this time, they'll probably give him an ip block of a week to cool off. Again, just leave the idiot alone, and ignore him as much as possible. Thanks 71.64.152.144 19:04, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Um...evading your ban isn't going to work, Harvey. And if you didn't notice, this discussion was over a MONTH ago. To the mods I go. --ChrisP2K5 04:10, 20 October 2007 (UTC)

warning re personal attack

Hi. Please refrain from making personal attacks such as this. --Jack Merridew 07:35, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

It's part of his medical condition, he cannot control himself from doing stupid things like this impulsively. I am not making excuses for him, but he clearly cannot help it. This falls under ADA, so he does have a legimate cause. Hdayejr2008 (talk) 03:46, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Ah, sockpuppetry. Hey, Harvey, LEAVE ME ALONE. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 03:48, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. This is especially important when dealing with biographies of living people, but applies to all Wikipedia articles. Cut/Paste Move

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently copied the contents of a page and pasted it into another with a different name. Specifically, you copied the contents of Citizens Bank 400 and pasted it into LifeLock 400. This is what we call a "cut and paste move", and it is very undesirable because it splits the article's history, which is needed for attribution and is helpful in many other ways. The mechanism we use for renaming articles is to move it to a new name which both preserves the page's history and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. In most cases, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. If there is an article that you cannot move yourself by this process, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves to request the move by another. Also, if there are any other articles that you copied and pasted, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. .

I tried to redirect and move. I could not do that. Please refrain from posting on my page again. Thank you.

RE: Factual information

I was only following Wikipedia policy. In a bio of a living person, you must cite what you add. Also, per WP:CITE, I can challenge and remove any unsourced information. Thanks. Nikki311 17:01, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

But all of that can be verified. All you need to do is do the research. You lose. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 18:57, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

Recent rollback

Apologies for the rollback on your page, wrong article! --PoinDexta1 07:55, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

Unsourced info

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Treehouse of Horror II. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you.

And by the way, I suggest you read WP:TROLL again, which says "Trolling is deliberate violation of the implicit rules of Internet social spaces", and while I am removing stuff, I am following policies such as WP:V and WP:RS. -- Scorpion0422 00:56, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

And I said I was denying recognition because you ARE trolling, because you're reverting EVERY SINGLE EDIT I MAKE THAT IS CORRECT AND VERIFIABLE. I said watch the episode in question and you'll see. The next time you post on my talk page, you WILL be reported.

That's not true, I haven't reverted every edit you make. I haven't undone this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one or this one. -- Scorpion0422 02:47, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

But you would have. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE EDITS IS VERIFIABLE. And now you're on your way to reporting. I told you I would, and now I'm going to. Have a nice day. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 03:03, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

I didn't ask anyone to edit your page. Good luck with your request, but you should know that they tend not to block people that follow policy. -- Scorpion0422 04:01, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
A recent check of your block history shows that you DON'T. I didn't say you asked anyone to troll my page. YOUR IDIOCY OPENED THE DOOR. You had no right to revert ANY edit I made because you didn't like where it was coming from. You're a scumbag, plain and simple. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 04:02, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
In those cases, I wasn't. This time I am. And if you are reporting me, you might want to be careful, because calling people scumbags could just as easily get you blocked. -- Scorpion0422 04:04, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Hey Chris, some of things you are saying here can and most likely can be seen as personal attacks. Generally the edits you made have to have sources. However not every possible piece of information has to be added. If you feel you have been wrongfully done, I suggest making a thread at WP:AN/I. :) <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 04:13, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

I have made a thread about you at Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#User:ChrisP2K5_and_Personal_Attacks.2C_3RR.2C_etc.. Feel free to respond to any allegations made. Thanks. :) <3 Tinkleheimer TALK!! 04:30, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Here we go with the trivia. Just stop reverting Scorpion0422 and I; you need a reliable source for cultural references, otherwise it will be reverted. You're wrong, so do not revert it again. Qst (talk) 18:33, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

I gave you a source. If that should be removed because of what you determine not to be a good source, then every single reference on that page should be removed because it all appears there. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 18:39, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Actually, TV.com is user added, so it's not useable. Ask anyone. In fact, I dare you to go WP:RS and ask on the talk page. As for cyberstalking, don't you think I would be reverting every change you make? I had the page on watch, saw you were edit warring again, and decided to help out and I clearly explained why I was reverting you. By the way, you should start reading the stuff you link to, because it clearly says that the essay refers to obvious vandals, not users following policy. -- Scorpion0422 18:44, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
You reverted that one...you made yourself look like the stalker. And yes, TV.com is user added. It's also moderated. Or did you not know that? If it wasn't true, it wouldn't have been added in. You were not following policy, and that's all there is to it. STILL denied until you apologize to me for all the stuff you pulled. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 01:48, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
And please, get off your high-horse; I quote from above "you lose." I don't know who you think you are, but I can assure you that we're all on the same level: nobody has authority over anyone. Qst (talk) 18:48, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
So can we consider this the end of this dispute or not? Also, I responded to your message on my talk page. Qst (talk) 19:03, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
The dispute's over, but I'm not happy with the way it turned out. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 01:48, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
I agree with Qst, oh and no I didn't come here to continue this discussion. I came here to give you a piece of advice. I believe this is the article you are looking for. I noticed that you want to archive your talk page, well good luck with that. TheBlazikenMaster
